I started my exploration in the arts and focused on light and the way it travels into diverse materials. I always wanted to experiment with Lucite and colors; This design represents the moon view from earth. Just like all the lighted plates I make, the designs come from actual pictures of plants, creatures or objects. The design is engraved and filled with a special dye. When mounted onto its base , the etched design of the moon come to life creating an amazing effect during low light or night time. The product comes with a black base, the Lucite plate and a wall adapter.
